SafeImob Community Code of Ethics and Conduct

SafeImob is more than a technology platform—it is a living community of professionals, owners, and investors who believe real estate can be safer, more transparent, and more efficient. This Code of Ethics defines the pillars that guide our interactions and help make SafeImob the best place to do good business in Brazil.

1.Security: Protecting the Ecosystem

Security is our foundation. Without it, there is no freedom to negotiate.

  • Identity verification: Every member agrees to keep their profile properly validated through biometrics and documentation. Impersonating others or using fake profiles will result in immediate banning.
  • Visit integrity: Using geolocated check-in and respecting condominium access protocols is mandatory. We protect the physical and property safety of everyone involved.
  • Data protection: Sharing sensitive client information outside the platform's secure environment should be avoided until a trust relationship (Handshake) is established.

2.Trust: Our Currency

On SafeImob, reputation is audited and rewarded through SafeScore.

  • Radical transparency: Sellers and brokers must provide accurate information about properties. Hiding structural defects, debts, or legal issues violates the core principle of the network.
  • Honest advertising: Photos and descriptions must reflect the property's true condition. Misleading images or manipulations that distort reality harm collective trust.
  • Commitment to agreements: Once a proposal or a referral partnership between professionals is accepted, parties must honor the terms set out in the platform's digital contract.

3.Professionalism: Excellence in Every Interaction

We treat the real estate market as a high-level discipline.

  • Mutual respect: SafeImob is free from harassment, discrimination, or disrespect. Criticism of properties or posts should be constructive and grounded in technical facts.
  • Collaboration (Deal desk): We encourage mutual help. Brokers and agencies should treat partners with the same ethics they dedicate to end clients.
  • Content quality: The SafeImob feed is a space for market intelligence. Avoid spam, repetitive posts, or content that does not add informational value to the community.
  • Competitive ethics: We respect listings and exclusive relationships. Attempting to derail ongoing negotiations or harassing clients of validated partners is unacceptable.

4.Meritocracy and Consequences

SafeImob governance is merit-based. Behaviors that strengthen the community increase SafeScore and professional visibility. Behaviors that violate this code may result in:

  1. Immediate SafeScore degradation;
  2. Loss of verification seals and authority;
  3. Temporary suspension or permanent removal from the network, depending on severity and repeat offenses.

By using SafeImob, you are not just using software—you are committing to a new era of the real estate market.
