Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

SafeImob respects third-party intellectual property and requires its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy describes guidelines on ownership, use, and protection of copyright-protected content within the SafeImob platform and its Agent Fabric Studio infrastructure.

1.Platform Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interests relating to the SafeImob platform, including but not limited to:

  • Graphical interface, logos, designs, and visual elements;
  • Source code, semantic search algorithms, and the Agent Fabric Studio automation engine;
  • The SafeScore algorithm and its proprietary metrics;
  • Scripts and tools generated by Organic SafeAgent;

These are the exclusive property of SafeImob and are protected by Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610/98) and industrial property law (Law No. 9,279/96).

2.User-Generated Content

When publishing content on SafeImob (such as property photos, descriptions, feed posts, and testimonials), the user represents that they hold the copyrights or have legal authorization to use such content.

  • License to use: By posting content, the user grants SafeImob a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to host, process (including generating semantic vectors), display, and distribute that content within the platform ecosystem.
  • Liability: The user is solely responsible for any copyright infringement arising from content posted on their profile.

3.Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Narratives

SafeImob uses artificial intelligence to turn raw listing data into "Semantic Narratives".

  • Original descriptions provided by the user remain the user's property.
  • Structured metadata, vector embeddings, and optimized narratives automatically generated by SafeFlowTech for search and matching are the platform's intellectual property.

4.Infringement Notification Procedure

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on SafeImob, send a notice containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  2. Identification of the material on the platform to be removed (URL or screenshot);
  3. Your contact information (email and phone);
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.

5.Registered Trademarks

The name "SafeImob", the Agent Fabric Studio mark, SafeScore, and other proprietary terms are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial context or in a way that may confuse consumers is strictly prohibited.

6.Prohibited Web Scraping

Use of robots, crawlers, or any data-mining tool to extract information, photos, or prices from SafeImob for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited. Database protection is ensured under applicable law.

7.Sanctions

Proven violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of content, suspension of the user's account and, depending on severity, application of a negative SafeScore or appropriate legal measures.
