Broker Association and Intermediation Contract

Overview

Property-broker association works as a business proposal with audit trail and digital contract lifecycle.

Implemented flow

Proposal -> dossier review -> accept/decline -> active contract -> term updates with re-accept when needed -> offboarding/expiration.

Contract rules

  • Commission is mandatory: percentage or fixed amount.
  • Active exclusivity blocks a new exclusive association for the same property.
  • Audit and versioning: relevant changes generate a new version and immutable event.
  • Acceptance evidence: hash, timestamp, IP, and user-agent are recorded.
  • Term changes on active contracts may require broker re-acceptance.

Limitations

Current limitations: some points still use integration placeholders (e.g., advanced SafeScore/dossier); offboarding may not yet automate all pending visits.
