How to use by persona

Seller / Agency

  • Select one of your properties and search brokers by name, license, or region.
  • Set commission, representation type (open/exclusive), and expiration date.
  • Track proposals, update terms when needed, and close links with structured reason.

Broker

  • Open pending requests and review property dossier before deciding.
  • Accept or decline with full visibility of offered commission.
  • With active contract, the property is added to your public portfolio and can be posted to feed under current rules.

Buyer / Authenticated visitor

  • Check available visit slots on published listings.
  • For elite properties, complete required compliance to unlock booking.
